Traditional ways of engaging with clients is via meeting, requirements documentation and ticketing systems. Perhaps a chatbot could be thrown in there.
We like to also set up a communications channel with each client using apps like Discord, MS teams and Slack. This provides the following benefits:
- It allows the free-flowing sharing of information.
- It allows the entire team to more closely interact with the client(s) and vice versa.
- And most importantly it allows the client(s) to raise any issues or potential bugs as soon as they are encountered and have someone respond. This helps to rapidly diagnose the impact and timelines and avoids frustration and dissatisfaction.
